Deep, danceable, dubwise grooves from this Oxford dub reggae band with a soul, folk and rock twist.

ZAIA are a British dub reggae band with a soul, folk and rock twist. At its core, their music is inspired by reggae, but in the song-writing process the band's members also draw on their diverse musical backgrounds, incorporating the sounds of Celtic folk, rock, soul, gospel and even drum 'n' bass into their own unique brand of dub reggae dance music. The result has been described as "a real sun-kissed groove, awash with sparkling brass flourishes and cavernous basslines, but with a deep melodic soulfulness at its heart." ZAIA release their debut album - "Butterflies" - on 26th May 2017 and this includes tracks "Dark Days" and "Fire in My Heart" which have been featured on David Rodigan's BBC Radio 1Xtra show.

"...a phenomenally slick reggae band..."  - Nightshift Magazine.

"...deep, danceable, dubwise grooves..." - Count Skylarkin.

"...a very distinctive vocal..."  - David Rodigan MBE.

A Little Bit Country

Great songs,  great harmonies, and a great duo!

A Little Bit Country are an Oxfordshire based acoustic duo. They signed to BFS Records in June 2015 and they will be recording their debut album with us over the coming months.

The duo was born in 2010 when Harriet Stewart met Mr Paul Adams. Harriet had a love for country music and Paul - being Texas born - had always tried to avoid his country roots, but decided to embrace them once and for all. After a jam at the SummerHouse studios in Aylesbury - they realised that they had a sound that others thought "sounded A Little Bit Country!".

The Platform Live - "Nothing But The Silence".
- "Come To The Crossroads".
